Stone Light Space is a membership to a weekly online art-making community designed to help adults reduce stress and symptoms of burnout, reconnect with your creativity, and build a sustainable self-reflective art process through guided therapeutic art experiences.

Stone Light Space was created for people who care deeply. For those who spend their days supporting others, creating change, holding space, caregiving, advocating, teaching, healing, or simply navigating a world that can feel overwhelming. Through accessible creative practices, participants are invited to reconnect with themselves through creativity and cultivate sustainable ways of caring for both themselves and their communities.

Expert-Backed Guidance

Each week, participants are invited to show up authentically (with their own art materials!) and explore a thoughtfully chosen theme through creativity, reflection, and play. Our themes cover a wide range of topics such as connection, community care, productivity culture, rest as resistance, self-compassion, the inner child, coping skills, emotional resilience, navigating heartbreak, cultivating joy, or finding ways to recharge while doing meaningful and emotionally demanding work.

Themes & Prompts

Each prompt is designed to offer both openness and gentle guidance, inviting personal exploration while providing meaningful questions to reflect on along the way. As always (and I mean this): No artistic experience is needed! Just curiosity, a willingness to explore, and a little space to create. Think of each session as a creative invitation to check in with yourself and slow down.

Art is for Everyone

Sarah Lovett, Facilitator

At the beginning of each month, upcoming themes will be shared so you can choose the sessions that feel most relevant and supportive to where you are in your own journey. Each session is designed as a standalone experience, meaning themes do not build upon one another in a sequential progression. Whether it's your first session or your fifteenth, you'll be able to jump in, feel welcomed, and engage fully with the prompt of the day.

Come as you Are

Whether you're reaching for watercolor, collage, colored pencils, clay, or whatever materials you're feeling drawn to that day, the prompts are intentionally adaptable to a wide range of creative practices.
